We have many tent size options and layouts to help you with proper seating for your guests, buffet, gift, or cake tables.
We will need to know if you are setting the tent on concrete or asphalt. Rocky ground or unknown utilities are problematic. Tent stakes are driven into the ground 16" to 18" and we are not responsible for striking utilities or sprinkler lines. In locations where we cannot stake, we utilize water filled barrels* to ballast the tent. The client is responsible for providing the needed water to fill the barrels unless other prior arrangements are made.
*There is an additional cost for water barrels.
Yes, we can deliver early and pick up after closing. We do charge after hour fees; these fees vary with amounts of equipment rented.
